The first step to creating your dream life... is knowing it!
To Live Your Nirvana, first we need to set some things straight. If you can just know what it is you want - it's yours to receive!
Here I have laid out the pathway to follow in order to lead you to manifesting your dream life.
The guidance I have shared is pretty simple but takes dedication and growth to successfully follow and get your desired results.
Keep in mind this pathway has been paved from my own years research and experiences, which has proved successful for so many people!!
When you have a good understanding of our *universal laws*, it's easier to direct or manipulate your
energy into the way
you desire.
This is a very exciting time to discover ourselves at our deepest, most vulnerable selves. Finding our inner light holds the opportunity for so much growth and finding success.

1. Ground yourself. Release pressures, stress, anxiety, and anything else holding you down. A clear mind is essential to being in a flow mindset.

Meditation is the best way to do this.
​
Start by closing your eyes, breathing slowly, and quieting your mind's thoughts. It is very common to have a lot of thoughts coming up to the surface, especially if you are a beginner to meditation.
​
When you have these thoughts come up, just simply observe them. Acknowledge, "yes, this is a thought." and no matter whether it is negative or positive, just let it go. You can do this by imagining a big balloon attached to the thought, and watching it float into space, out of your mind & energy field.
Another thought will likely come up very soon after this. Repeat the process of letting it go. By being the OBSERVER of your thoughts, you are not giving them any power over you. You are simply acknowledging their presence without giving any judgement to them. Do not get mad at yourself for the thoughts that come up, just accept them for what they are. The quieter your mind becomes, the better. Try to do this for as long as you can. It will be difficult in the beginning if you are not used to this practice.

2. Grab a journal. Get into the flow state of capturing your current emotions, and decide what it is you really want.
​
This should be fun and exciting for you. Writing down and creating a vision of what you want to manifest is a very fulfilling and satisfying process. The more detailed you are, the better. Being specific in your desires will make them feel more realistic, and will increase the speed and power of them coming into reality.

Writing is a great way to feel emotions, which is essential when manifesting. If you aren't feeling completely excited and happy and passionate about what you're writing about, it should signal that you're focusing on the wrong thing.
​
Channel what makes you happy and excited, not what would impress or make other people in your life happy. This is your life, and living to please other people will only hurt you in the end.
​
Creating Pinterest boards as well as looking through magazines for inspirations are also great ways of creating a vision for the life you want to live.
​
3. Be open to opportunities. It is very likely that you will start to receive random offers or opportunities to grow professionally, financially, spiritually, etc. after you practice these techniques.
Be open to change and offer in new possibilities, even if it might not be an easy decision. This can include leaving relationships/friendships, taking new classes, investing in opportunities that come your way, and many other possibilities. Be open to change in order to receive newnesss.
Part of leveling up your life involves you letting go of the old and taking on new habits and beliefs. Your daily life will need to change in some way in order to manifest these huge changes you are seeking.

Don't think too hard about this part. If you are aligned with high vibrations and positivity, these opportunities will find you or come into your mind. Take them as they come with gratitude.
​
4. Don't get caught up in the "how". No matter how hard you try, you will never be able to predict the exact way something will come into your life.
​
The more you focus on how you're going to get it and controlling the means by which it is delivered to you, the longer it will take as you are ruling out infinite possibilities the Universe could deliver your desire to you.
​
Just go with the flow. You will be taken down a road of ups and downs, which are all small but integral parts to the equation. The journey is what makes manifestation so fun, so just go along with it. Release your expectations, and be excited to see where your path will take you.
​
Follow your intuition and go with what just feels right. Your inner knowing will never steer you wrong.
​

5. Detachment. Continue on with your life. Do the chores and upkeep that need done. If we are living too much in our heads, our manifestations cant come down into the physical if we ourselves are not living in the physical. That means we can't abandon our physical wants and needs. Take care of your body and home. Brighten up your environment, nourish your body with nutrients and movement.
​
Your home/living space is a good reflection of your headspace or mental feeling. If it is cluttered and messy, your thoughts are likely the same way. How can you manifest an amazing life if you are neglecting your mental health?
​
Keeping tidy as well as feeling healthy will keep you in the flow state, where you are able to flourish and receive amazing gifts from the Universe.

6. Practice gratitude daily. Watch for synchronicities and all of the signs of goodness entering your life. The more you practice this feeling, the more you will receive things to be grateful for. This is where the "Law of Attraction" really starts coming into place. Good thoughts and high vibrations create good output and high frequency results.
​
Gratitude is one of the highest levels of vibration, and is one of the best feelings in the world when you look around and are able to recognize all the blessings we each have in our life. Write these down daily and think about them often, no matter how small they are.
​
Exercise this "muscle" of recognizing gratitude in your mind, and while it gets stronger more will be able to flow into your life for you to receive! The happiest people receive the most <3
